Kinmoot is a property investment marketplace that connects property sourcers with investors. By using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
2. User Responsibilities

- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date listings
- Must respond to investor inquiries in a timely manner
2.2 Investors
- Must conduct their own due diligence on properties
- Responsible for verifying all property information
- Should maintain professional communication
- Must respect confidentiality of deal information
3. Platform Rules
Users must adhere to the following rules when using Kinmoot:
- No spamming or unsolicited promotional content
- No harassment or discriminatory behavior
- No sharing of false or misleading information
- No circumvention of platform fees or communication channels
4. Fees and Payments
Kinmoot charges fees for certain services and features. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Users are responsible for paying all applicable fees and taxes.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users agree to our data collection and processing practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Kinmoot, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kinmoot is not responsible for:
- The accuracy of property listings or user-provided information
- What a business running its own site on Kinmoot publishes there — see 7.1 below
- The outcome of any property deals or investments
- Disputes between users
- Any losses or damages resulting from platform use
7.1 Content on sites run on Kinmoot by other businesses
Not every site built on Kinmoot is run by us. Some are run by our customers — a property educator or sourcing business with their own branded site and their own members. If you joined through one of those sites rather than through kinmoot.com, what is published there is theirs: courses, lessons, videos, downloads, the professionals they recommend and anything else they choose to put in front of you.
That business, not Kinmoot, is responsible for it. We provide the software it sits on. We do not write it, review it, check it or endorse it, and that applies as much to educational, financial, legal, tax and regulatory material as to anything else — including guidance that was correct when it was written and has since dated.
None of it is professional advice and you should not treat it as though it were. The law, tax rates and regulatory requirements change, and what is right for you depends on your own circumstances. Take advice from a suitably qualified professional before acting on anything you read.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
